肿瘤化疗药物应用中的不良反应临床分析

目的:了解肿瘤化疗药物引起严重不良反应情况,为合理用药提供参考。方法:胃癌与大肠癌患者120例平分为两组-治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组采用XELOX方案化疗,对照组采用FOLFOX6方案化疗。结果:治疗组60例患者中均出现不同程度的不良反应(100%),而对照组60例中有58例(96.7%)出现不同程度的不良反应,治疗组最常见的不良反应是外周神经毒性、纳差、恶心和手足综合征,而对照组最多见的是纳差、恶心和白细胞/中性粒细胞减少。治疗组较对照组出现较多的手足综合征和外周神经毒性(P<0.05);而对照组出现较多的恶心、脱发和外周静脉炎(P<0.05),其余不良反应在两组间未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组不良反应处理方法均没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:XELOX和FOLFOX6方案在胃癌与大肠癌辅助化疗中总体的不良反应发生率是相似的,多为恶心与纳差反应,血液学毒性较轻,安全性总体上较高。

The Pharmacy Observation of Serious Adverse Reactions Caused by Gastric and Colorectal Cancer Chemotherapy Drugs

Objective:To understand the serious adverse reactions caused by gastric and colorectal cancer chemotherapy drugs for the rational use of medicines.Methods:120 patients with gastric and colorectal cancer were equally divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated with XELOX chemotherapy.,and the control group used FOLFOX6 chemotherapy.Results:60 patients suffered from varying degrees of adverse reactions(100%) in the treatment group while the control group had 58 patients(96.7%) with varying degrees of adverse reactions;the most common adverse reaction were peripheral nerve toxicity,anorexia,nausea and hand-foot syndrome in treatment group,while the most common were anorexia,nausea,and WBC / neutropenia in the control group.Treatment group had more hand-foot syndrome and peripheral neurotoxicity(P<0.05);the control group had more nausea,hair loss and peripheral phlebitis(P<0.05),the remaining adverse events between the two groups had not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).the treating way of the serious adverse reactions between the two groups had not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:XELOX programs and FOLFOX6 program in gastric and colorectal cancer adjuvant chemotherapy in the overall incidence of adverse reactions are similar,the more are nausea and anorexia response,less hematologic toxicity,there are higher overall security.
