胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损临床效果观察

目的:探讨胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2010年3月～2012年3月期间收治的53例口腔颌面部缺损患者,分为观察组(n=31)和对照组(n=22),观察组采用胸大肌皮瓣修复,对照组采用胸锁乳突肌瓣修复,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者皮瓣修复成活率为96.8%,高于对照组的86.4%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为9.7%,对照组并发症发生率为13.6%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损是一种安全有效的治疗方法,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得临床进一步推广使用。

Clinical Effect of Chest Latissimus Dorsi Myocutaneous Repair Oral and Maxillofacial Defects

Objective:To explore the latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair the clinical efficacy of oral and maxillofacial defects.Methods:Choose from 2010 in March to March 2012 were 53 patients during the oral and maxillofacial defects patients,the observation group USES pectoral latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair,the control group sternocleidomastoid muscle flap to repair,compared with two groups of patients with clinical curative effect.Results:The observation group patients survival rate of skin flap to repair is 96.8%,higher than those in the control group,86.4% of the significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group the postoperative complications was 9.7%,and the control group complications for 13.6%,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The chest latissimus dorsi myocutaneous repair oral and maxillofacial defects is a safe and effective treatment methods,with high value of clinical application,is
