| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨先天性气管狭窄(CTS)矫治术后并发症及相应护理对策。方法:回顾性分析我院自2006年5月~2011年11月收治的15例CTS手术患儿的临床资料,观察术后并发症及护理方法。结果:本组15例CTS患儿中,低心排综合征2例,气管软化再狭窄2例,气管吻合口漏1例,乳糜胸1例,肺不张1例。经精心治疗和护理后所有患儿转危为安,无死亡病例。结论:加强护理可以降低CTS矫治术后并发症的发生率,且改善CTS患儿并发症预后。 |

Observation and Nursing Analysis of Compilcation after Operation on Congenital Tracheal Stenosis |

| Abstract: | Objective:To expolore postoperative complication and nursing strategy of congenital tracheal stenosis(CTS).Methods:From May 2006 to November 2011,15 infant with CTS were underwent operation in our hospital.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Operative complication and nursing were observed.Results:In 15 cases,low cardiac output syndrome was 1,softening-tracheal restenosis 1,tracheal stomal leak 1,chylothorax 1,and atelectasis 1.All infant with CTS were recovery by treatment and nursing.There is no death.Conclusion:Intensive nursing could decrease occurrence of postoperative complication and improve prognosis in infant with CTS. |
