二白连地汤对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠免疫机能的影响

目的:探讨二白连地汤对溃疡性结肠炎免疫机能的影响。方法:用葡聚糖硫酸钠(dextran sulfate sodium DSS)造模,随机分组处理,分别观察各组大鼠体重和大便性状,采用疾病活动指数(DAI)对动物状态进行评分,观察其结肠形态及病理学变化并进行评分,测定大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-10的水平。结果:模型组大鼠DAI评分、结肠形态及病理学评分明显高于正常组,血清TNF-α升高、IL-10下降。SASP组及二白连地汤组DAI评分、结肠形态及病理学评分明显低于模型组,血清TNF-α下降、IL-10升高。SASP组与二白连地汤组DAI评分、结肠形态及病理学评分,血清TNF-α、IL-10均无显著性差异。结论:二白连地汤可抑制UC大鼠TNF-α水平,提高IL-10水平,有利于炎症的消除和组织修复,能有效治疗UC。

Experimental Study on The Effect of Erbailiandetang in Immunologic Function of Rats with Ulcerative Colitis

Objective:Observe the effect of erbailianditang in immunologic function on ulcerative colitis.Methods:Induce the model of ulcerative colitis rats with DSS.Randomly divided into groups and treated.The weight and stool viscosity were observed and accumulated as disease active index(DAI) score;Detect the configuration and pathological change in colon of all rats,and examine the level of IL-10,TNF-α in serum.Results:Compared normal group,the mark of DAI,configuration and pathological change in model group had a significant increase,and the level of TNF-α in serum was also increased while IL-10 was decreased.Compared with model group,the mark of DAI,configuration and pathological change in SASP and erbailianditang group had a significant increase,and the level of TNF-α in serum was also decreased while IL-10 was increased.Compared with SASP group,the mark of DAI,configuration,pathological and the level of TNF-α and IL-10 in Group E had no significant difference.Conclusion:Erbailianditang could increase the level of IL-10,decrease the level of TNF-α,correspondingly correct the abnormal immunity function,help clear inflammation and repair tissue,finally effectively treat the ulcerative colitis rats.
