护理干预对老年冠心病患者抑郁情绪的影响研究

目的:探讨护理干预对老年冠心病患者抑郁情绪的影响。方法:对我院收治的老年冠心病患者78例随机分为实验组以及对照组,其中实验组患者采用护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理,并对两组患者在治疗前以及治疗后采用SDS、SAS进行评价。结果:对两组患者不同时间采用SDS量表进行评分,实验组患者其在护理干预3d后其SDS评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05);对两组患者不同时间点SAS评分,实验组患者其SAS评分在护理干预后3d其均优于对照组(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗后相关项目比较,实验组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对老年冠心病患者实施护理干预,可降低患者抑郁情绪程度,改善患者预后。

Nursing Intervention in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease the Effects of Depression

Objective:To investigate the nursing intervention on depression in patients with coronary heart disease impact.Methods:The hospital treated 78 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group in the experimental group were treated with care and intervention,the implementation of routine care control group of patients,and two groups of patients before and after treatment using SDS,SAS evaluation.Results:The two groups of patients at different time scale to rate the use of SDS,the experimental group of patients in the nursing intervention 3d after the SDS score was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);two groups of patients at different time points of the SAS score in the experimental group were the SAS score after the intervention in the care of their 3d are better than the control group(P<0.05);of the two groups were compared after treatment-related projects,clinical efficacy of the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease,patients can reduce the degree of depression,improved patient outcomes.
