厄贝沙坦、胺碘酮治疗高血压伴阵发性房颤疗效观察

目的探讨厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮治疗高血压伴阵发性房颤的临床疗效。方法将砀山县人民医院2008年7月-2010年9月收治的100例高血压伴阵发性房颤患者随机分为实验组、对照组各50例,实验组应用厄贝沙坦和胺碘酮治疗,对照组采用倍他乐克和胺碘酮治疗。所有患者每月于门诊随访一次,共连续随访一年,观察两组血压改善情况、房颤复发情况及不良反应。结果两组血压均控制良好,且治疗后收缩压、舒张压比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年期间实验组房颤复发率24.0%(12/50),对照组复发率50.0%(25/50),两组复发率差异比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.25,P<0.01)。两组均无明显不良反应。结论厄贝沙坦联合胺碘酮在有效控制血压的同时可以减少房颤的复发,是一种治疗高血压伴阵发性房颤的有效的用药方法,值得临床应用。

Clinical Effects of Irbesartan with Amiodarone on Hypertension Complicated with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

Objective To explore the effect of Irbesartan and Amiodarone in treating hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods One hundred cases of hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,which were treated in our hospital from July 2008 to September 2010,were randomly divided into the experiment group(n=50) and the control group(n=50).The experiment group was treated with Irbesartan and Amiodarone,while the control group with Betaloc and Amiodarone.During this process,a careful observation about the improvement of blood pressure,atrial fibrillation recurrence as well as adverse reaction of two group members should be made respectively.Results There was no difference between two groups in the control of blood pressure(P>0.05).The one year fellow-up showed that the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation in the experiment group was 24.0%(12/50),significantly lower than that of the control group,with the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation of 50.0%(25/50).Obviously the very recurrence rate difference is rather statistically significant.Besides,both groups had no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion Combining Irbesartan with Amiodarone can effectively control the blood pressure at the same time reduce the recurrence rate of atrial fibrillation.The medication tactics deserves utilization in the clinical area.
