摘    要:目的了解平顶山矿务局妇女宫颈病变及人乳头瘤病毒感染的发生率,为防治工作提供依据。方法 2011年平顶山矿务局妇女病普查共8338例,对其进行宫颈细胞薄层液基细胞学检查,细胞学检查结果为未明确诊断意义的不典型鳞状上皮细胞及以上病变的共计204例,对其均进行HPV导流杂交技术检测,发现上皮内瘤变的患者86例均行阴道镜检查并活检,病理确诊。结果低危型HPV感染47例,高危型HPV感染为82例,75例未查见HPV感染。宫颈上皮内瘤变及以上病变的86例,其中宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅰ级47例(40例为低危型HPV感染,高危型HPV感染率4例,3例未见HPV感染),宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅱ级18例,均为高危型HPV感染,宫颈上皮内瘤变Ⅲ级11例,均为高危型HPV感染,宫颈原位癌6例,均为高危型HPV感染,早期浸润癌为4例,均为高危型HPV感染。结论高危型人乳头状瘤病毒感染是宫颈病变及宫颈癌的主要原因。

General Survey and Analysis of Current HPV Infection in Pingdingshan Mining Bureau In 2011

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of the cervical lesions and human papillomavirus infection in the women from Pingdingshan mining bureau,provide the basis for prevention and control work.Methods Total 8338 women were investigated in the general survey of 2011 in Pingdingshan mining bureau.The liquid-based thin layer method for cervical cancer screening was performed in this population.For the patients with atypical squamous cell of undetermined signification,gene flow through hybridization technique was conducted to detect HPV;and for the patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),the colposcopy biopsy were performed and the result was confirmed by Pathological diagnosis.Results Forty seven cases were with low risk HPV infection,82 cases with high-risk HPV infection,and 75 cases without HPV infection.86 cases were with CIN or more advanced disease,in which there were 47 cases with grade Ⅰ CIN(40 cases with low risk HPV infection,4 with high-risk type HPV infection,3 without HPV infection),18 cases with grade Ⅱ CIN(all were high-risk type HPV infection),11 cases with grade Ⅲ CIN(all were high-risk type HPV infection),6 cases with cervical carcinoma in situ(all were high-risk type HPV infection) and 4 cases with early invasive cancer(all were high-risk type HPV infection).Conclusion The human papillomavirus infection is the main cause of cervical lesions and cervical cancer.
