徐州市艾滋病筛查实验室质量管理及评价

目的了解徐州市艾滋病筛查实验室检测总体情况,探讨目前影响实验室工作的相关因素和存在的问题,以促进全市艾滋病筛查实验室的检测水平。方法采用发放考核质控样品血清和现场考评相结合方法对徐州地区艾滋病筛查实验室进行考核评估,并统计分析2006～2010年全市艾滋病筛查实验室质量控制考评结果。结果 42家艾滋病筛查实验室参加考评,血清考评检测结果显示,除2007年1家单位出现漏检外,其余均为100%合格。质控报告的规范性与现场考评优秀实验室比例逐年提高,总体考核结果优秀率由58.54%提高到70.73%。结论徐州市艾滋病筛查实验室的总体检测水平较好,网络建设为最大限度地发现艾滋病患者和病毒携带者提供了技术支持,能够满足本市艾滋病筛查工作的需要。实验室内部均按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》的要求进行了规范化管理,但室内质控和生物安全仍然是薄弱环节。

Quality Management Evaluation of HIV Screening Laboratory in Xuzhou

Objective To know the overall screening laboratory situation of HIV in Xuzhou,to explore the current impact of factors related to laboratory work and problems,to promote the city’s HIV screening laboratory capacity and to improve the level of detection.Methods The grant assessment and on-site evaluation of quality control serum samples combined screening method were used in the Xuzhou laboratory examination and evaluation of AIDS,and statistical analysis of the city’s 2006-2010 evaluation of HIV screening laboratory quality control results was performed.Results 42 HIV screening laboratoried were enrolled in the evaluation.The results of serological tests were evaluated,in addition to the situation of a laboratory was missed in 2007,the rest of the screening laboratory examination conditions of serum are wonderful.Quality control report of normative and field evaluation of outstanding laboratory scale increased year by year,overall rate of excellent examination results increased from 58.54% to 70.73%.Conclusion HIV screening laboratories in Xuzhou City,the overall level of detection was better,network construction provided technical support to the discovery of AIDS patients and HIV carriers maximizely.Whicn can meet the needs of HIV screening in the city.Laboratory in accordance with the internal ’National HIV Testing technical specifications’ requirements for a standardized management,but the internal quality control and bio-security wss still the weak link.
