临床肿瘤学教学探讨

随着临床肿瘤学的飞速发展,肿瘤科医生"专科化"要求不断提高,而传统意义上的临床肿瘤学教学的师资力量、教学观念和教学方法已经不能适应本学科发展的要求。高等医学院校应及时调整医学教育模式,采用适应当今临床肿瘤学实践的"专科化"教学。本文从选择教材、扩展教学思路以及优化教学方法等方面阐述如何改进临床肿瘤学教学。在其过程中,突出强调临床肿瘤学的专业特色,贯彻循证医学理念。通过不断优化教学方法和加深内涵建设,切实提升临床肿瘤学的教学质量和水平,以培养出能胜任临床肿瘤学实践需求的人才。

Discussion about Clinical Oncology Teaching

With the rapid development of the clinical oncology,the demand for professional oncologist is expected.However,the teaching faculty,pedagogical concepts,and teaching methods of the traditional oncology teaching are failed to meet the requirements of clinical practice of oncology.The medical colleges must adjust the teaching modes in time and adopt the more efficient way to address the issue.This paper demonstrated how to improve the clinical oncology teaching in the aspects of selecting textbooks,opening ideas and optimizing methods,and meanwhile,it was important to emphasize the feature of clinical oncology and develop the concept of evidence-based medicine for students.With consistently optimizing teaching methods and deepening connotation construction,the quality and level of clinical oncology teaching will be improved and eligible students will be trained to be capable for clinical practice.
