糖肾宁对早期DN大鼠糖脂代谢及肾功能影响的研究

摘    要:目的观察糖肾宁胶囊对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠糖脂代谢及早期肾功能损伤的影响。方法采用STZ腹腔注射的方法复制早期糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,并分为5组(n=10):模型对照组、西药对照组、糖肾宁胶囊低剂量组、糖肾宁胶囊中剂量组、糖肾宁胶囊高剂量组,另加空白对照组,分别给予灌胃。药物干预12周后,观察大鼠的一般生存状态、肾脏系数、血糖、血脂、尿微量蛋白及胰岛素水平。结果糖肾宁胶囊可以明显改善模型大鼠的生存状态,改善模型大鼠的肾脏系数、血脂、血糖、尿微量蛋白、糖化血红蛋白及胰岛素水平。结论用STZ腹腔注射的方法,可以成功复制糖尿病肾病模型,糖肾宁胶囊具有明显的降糖、调脂、减少蛋白尿、改善胰岛素水平、改善肾功能的作用,值得进一步深入研究。

Study on Effects of Tangshenning Capsule on Glycolipid Metabolism and Kidney Function in Rats with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Tangshenning capsule on the glycolipid metabolism and kidney function in rats with early diabetic nephropathy.Methods Rat model were made with STZ and grouped into 5 groups: model group,western medicine therapy group,low dose of Tangshenning group,middle dose of Tangshenning group,and large dose of Tangshenning group.After 12 weeks of drug intervention,rats were killed and the kidney of was removed,then observe the blood sugar,lipid,and kidney function.Results Tangshenning capsule effectively decreased the blood glucose and lipid levels,improved the kidney function and the level of insulin.The curative effect was better than the control group.Conclusion Rat model can be successfully made with STZ.Tangshenning capsule can decreased the blood glucose and lipid levels,reduce albuminuria,improve the level of insulin and kidney function.The mechanism is a multi-target and deserves further research.
