多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌对利福平及磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药机制的研究

摘    要:目的 研究多药耐药肺炎克雷伯菌对利福平及磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶的耐药机制.方法 收集2008年8月-2010年5月浙江省杭州市和湖州市6所医院共47株肺炎克雷伯菌,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)的方法分析1种利福平耐药相关基因和5种磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药相关基因.结果 该组肺炎克雷伯菌共检出1种利福平耐药相关基因和3种磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药相关基因.结论 携带1种利福平耐药相关基因和3种磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药相关基因是该组菌对利福平和磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶耐药的一个重要原因.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the resistance mechanisms of a group of multidrug-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae to rifampicin and sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim. METHODS From August 2008 to May 2010,47 strains of multidrug-resistant K.pneumoniae were collected from 6 hospitals in Hangzhou and Huzhou in Zhejiang province in China.One type of rifampicin-resistance gene and five types of sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim-resistance genes were analyzed by PCR. RESULTS One type of rifampicin-resistance gene and three types of sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim-resistance genes were detected in this group of K.pneumoniae. CONCLUSION Rifampicin-resistance gene and sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim-resistance genes detected in this study play an important role in the resistance of K.pneumoniae to rifampicin and sulphamethoxazole/trimethoprim.
