| 摘 要： | 目的:观察高血压患者肠系膜小动脉血管的病理变化。方法:分别从非高血压(n=16)、高血压(n=16)以及高血压合并左心室肥厚患者(n=14)外科取肠系膜三级小动脉,经HE染色后光学显微镜下观察血管形态,分析血管壁厚度(WT)、血管壁厚度与内径比值(WT/ID)、血管壁与血管腔横截面积比值(WCSA/LCSA)以及血管外径(OD)。结果:血管外径(OD)在三组之间无统计学差异。高血压病组和左室肥厚组的WT、WT/ID和WCSA/LCSA显著高于对照组;与高血压病组比较,左室肥厚组的WT、WT/ID和WC-SA/LCSA值明显增加,而ID则明显减小(P<0.05)。结论:原发性高血压患者肠系膜小动脉发生向心性重构,合并有左室肥厚者重构更明显。
