| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血糖异常患者血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物（PAI-1）活性与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的关系及意义。方法收集血糖异常患者106例,其中糖尿病前期36例,糖尿病患者70例,另设正常对照组25例,检测血浆PAI-1活性及HbA1c水平。结果血糖异常患者PAI-1活性明显升高,糖化血红蛋白水平与PAI-1活性升高密切相关。结论血糖异常患者HbA1c水平与血浆PAI-1活性呈正相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of plasminogen activator-1（PAI-1） and glycosylated hemoglobin A1c（HbA1c） in patients with abnormal blood glucose. Methods One hundred and six patients with abnormal blood glucose were included in the study： pre-diabetes patients group（n=36）,Type-2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） group（n=70）,a normal control group（n=25）.The levels of plasma PAI-1 and HbA1c were analyzed by chromogenicassay and radio immunoassay.Results The levels of plasma PAI-1 and HbA1c in T2DM were significantly higher than those in IGR.,and those in IGR were significantly higher than those in normal control group.Conclusions Correlation analysis shows that the level of PAI-1 is positively correlated with level of HbA1c in patients with abnormal blood glucose. |
