生漆多糖抗肿瘤作用的实验研究

目的　观察生漆多糖 (CPS M )的抗肿瘤活性。方法　采用抗肿瘤体外试验和体内试验。结果　体外试验MTT法显示生漆多糖对人体肝癌细胞 (BEL 74 0 2 )有一定的的杀灭作用 ;体内试验表明生漆多糖对S180 和EAC荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率达 6 0 %左右 (P <0 .0 1) ,生漆多糖与 5 氟尿嘧啶 (5 Fu)伍用 ,能提高荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率 ,对 5 Fu所致的荷瘤小鼠胸腺、脾脏重量萎缩有明显的保护作用 ,对 5 Fu引起的骨髓抑制、中性粒细胞减少 ,体重减轻均有不同程度的拮抗作用 (P <0 .0 5～P <0 .0 1)。结论　生漆多糖对荷瘤小鼠有较强的抗肿瘤作用 ,它能提高荷瘤小鼠免疫功能 ,拮抗 5 Fu所致的骨髓和免疫抑制。

Experimental study of tumor treated with CPS-M

Objective To observe the antitumor effect of CPS M.Methods Experiments was adopted in vitro and in vivo.
