| 摘 要： | 目的为了观察利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法采用自拟利胆汤治疗慢性胆囊炎128例，6周为1疗程，随访1年。结果治愈38例，显效67例，有效17例，无效6例，总有效率为95．3％。结论利胆汤对慢性胆囊炎有良好的疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of cholagogue decoction in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis. Methods: 128 cases of chronic cholecystitis patients were treated with self-made cholagogue decoction, 6 weeks as a course of treatment, with 1 year follow-up. Results: 38 cases healing well, 67 cases excellence, 17 cases effective, and 6 cases ineffective. The total effective rate was 95.3%. Conclusion: Cholagogue decoction has a favorable effect on chronic cholecystitis. |
