Comparison of Application Effects Between Tracheal Intubation Anesthesia and Laryngeal Mask Anesthesia in Laparoscopic Surgery for Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective:To investigate and analyze the application effect of tracheal intubation anesthesia and laryngeal mask anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy.Methods:From February 2017 to March 2019,100 patients admitted to our hospital for laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy were selected for group anesthesia,50 patients in the control group received endotracheal intubation anesthesia,and 50 patients in the observation group received laryngeal mask anesthesia.The anesthesia effects were compared.Results:Comparing the MAP and HR changes of the two groups at different times,the results showed that the observation group was more stable(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laryngeal mask anesthesia is much better than tracheal intubation anesthesia in laparoscopic surgery for ectopic pregnancy,which is more conducive to maintaining the hemodynamic stability of patients and has higher application value.
