无创呼吸机治疗重症小儿肺炎并发急性呼吸衰竭的临床应用价值研究

目的:对无创呼吸机治疗重症小儿肺炎并发急性呼吸衰竭的临床应用价值进行探讨。方法:以86例重症肺炎并发急性呼吸衰竭的患儿为对象,都选自2017年5月~2019年3月于本院住院治疗期间,采用双盲法将患者平均分为两组,将其中43例采用鼻导管吸氧治疗的患者纳入对照组,另外43例采用无创呼吸机治疗的患者纳入观察组,对比两组患者血气指标改善情况及治疗效果。结果:治疗前,两组血气功能无明显改善(P>0.05);不同方式治疗后,两组患者的PaO2指标明显上升,其观察组上升幅度明显大于对照组,两组PaO指标明显下降,且下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为97.7%,对照组治疗有效率为81.4%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于重症肺炎并发急性呼吸衰竭患儿,采用无创呼吸机治疗后,患者的血气指标得以明显改善,治疗有效率得以明显提升。

Clinical Application Value of Non-Invasive Ventilator in Treating Severe Infantile Pneumonia Complicated with Acute Respiratory Failure

Objective:To explore the clinical value of non-invasive ventilator in treating severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory failure in children.Methods:86 children with severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory failure were selected from May 2017 to March 2019.The patients were divided into two groups on average by double-blind method.43 patients with nasal catheter oxygen inhalation were included in the control group,and 43 patients with noninvasive ventilator were included in the observation group.Results:There was no significant improvement in blood gas function(P>0.05)before treatment The PaO?index of the two groups decreased significantly after different treatment,the increase of the observation group was significantly greater than that of the control group,the PaCO?index of the two groups decreased significantly,and the decrease was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 97.7%,the control group was 81.4%,and the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For children with severe pneumonia complicated with acute respiratory failure,the blood gas index of the patients was improved obviously after treatment with non-invasive ventilator.
