| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性乌头碱中毒的救治方法,以提高抢救的成功率。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来救治的乌头碱中毒患者的临床资料。结果:27例乌头碱中毒患者治愈26例,死亡1例。结论:及时明确的诊断,根据疾病严重程度,早期进行以血液灌注治疗为主的综合治疗,可提高抢救成功率。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic method of acute aconitine poisoning,so as to improve the successful rate.Methods:The clinical data,ECG manifestations and treatment situation in the patients with aconitine poisoning in recent years treated in our hospital were analysed retrospectively.Results:Twenty-six of 27 patients with aconitine poisoning were cured,only one died.Conclusion:Defining the diagnosis in time and adopting the comprehensive treatment with early blood infusion as main method according to the severity of disease can improve the successful rate of treatment. |
