大剂量盐酸氨溴索预治新生儿肺透明膜病

目的观察大剂量盐酸氨溴索早期应用对预防早产儿肺透明膜病(HMD)的效果。方法选择患者86例,随机分成治疗组(B组,n=46)和对照组(A组,n=40),两组在相同综合治疗的基础上,对治疗组早期予大剂量氨溴索(商品名沐舒坦),30mg/(kgd),分两次用5%葡萄糖20mL稀释后静脉滴注,观察治疗组与对照组早产儿HMD的发生率、病死率、并发症发生率,监测入院12h血气分析并进行比较。结果①治疗组与对照组HMD的发生率有显著性差异。②入院12h血气分析结果有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③治疗组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早产儿产后立即给予大剂量盐酸氨溴索对预防新生儿HDM,保护肺功能有较好的疗效。

The Prevention and Treatment of Hyaline Membrane Disease with High-dose Ambroxol

Objective To observe the effect of early application of high dose ambroxol on early prevention and treatment of premature children with hyaline membrane disease （HMD）. Methods 86 patients were randomly divided into treatment group （B group, n = 46） and control group （A group, n = 40）, on the base of same comprehensive treatment of the two groups, the treatment group was given the high-dose ambroxol （trade name ambroxol）, 30mg/（kg.d）, twice with 5% glucose intravenous infusion diluted 20mL, to analyse and compare the incidence of HMD in preterm children, mortality, complication rate, admission 12-hour monitoring of blood gas between the two groups. Results ①There was significant difference the incidence of HMD between treatment group and control group. ②The results of admission＇s 12-hour blood gas analysis was significantly different between the two groups （P〈0.05）. ③The incidence of complications in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion High-dose ambroxol has a good effect on preventing neonatal HDM and protecting the lungs function of premature children after childbirth.
