| 摘 要： | 作者采用HFECG对95例分别诊断为冠心病、高心病、心肌炎三组病人与60例健康体检者进行对照,结果表明,三组病人HFECG阳性率均显著高于正常对照组。而冠心病、高心病、心肌炎三组之间的阳性率无显著统计学差异。受检者普通ECG异常的各自阳性率与HFECG阳性率之间无相关性。提示,HFECG对心肌病变有较高的阳性检出率,两种ECG同时检查可使心肌病变的总阳性率进一步提高。

| Abstract: | Detected with HFECG 95 patients respectively with coronary heart disease, hypertensive heart disease or myocarditis were compared with 60 normal controls. The result showed that the positive rates of three patient groups were all much higher than that of normal group. There was no statistics difference among the three patient groups. Positive rate of ECG was not correlated with that of HFECG every group. In conclusion, it is suggested that HFECG is sensitive to myocardial disorders. Using HFECG together with ECG may improve sensitivity. |
