| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究解脲支原体感染治疗前后精子膜功能完整性的变化。方法 :应用精子尾部低渗肿胀试验对 46例UU感染者的精子于治疗前后分别进行测定。结果 :治疗前精子膜功能完整性显著低于治疗后 ,两者有非常显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :解脲支原体感染使精子膜功能完整性明显降低 ,经药物有效治疗后 ,较短期内精子膜功能完整性可达到正常水平。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the functional integrity of sperm membrane for the patients with UU before and after therapyMethods: Semen sample from 46 cases with UU were determined with hypo-osmotic swelling test (HOST) before and after therapyResults: The functional integrity of sperm membrane before therapy was lower than that after therapy ( P<001 ) Conclusion: The present result shows that UU can notably lower the functional integrity of sperm membrane which can restore to the normal level after the treatment in the short time |
