小学教师职业压力和应对方式关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨小学教师职业压力和应对方式间的关系。方法用自编的教师职业压力问卷(TOS)和应对方式问卷(CS)调查322名小学教师。结果①职业压力和应对方式间相关显著;②规章制度方面的压力对3种应对方式均有显著的正向预测作用,考核评聘对积极行动有显著的正向预测作用,考试评比对幻想的应对方式以及工作负担对合理化的应对方式有显著的负向预测作用。结论压力源对应对方式有一定的预测作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between occupational stress and coping styles of primary school teachers. Methods 322 primary school teachers randomly chosen were tested with self-made TOS scale and CS scale. Results ①There was a significant correlation between occupational stress and coping styles. ②Regulation stress could positively predict all the three kind of coping style. Assessment stress could positively predict the positive action coping. Examination stress had a negative prediction to fantasy, so dose work load to rationalization. Conclusion The source of stress can partly predict coping styles.
