| 摘 要： | 用氧瓶燃烧法预处理人发样品，以总离子强度剂兼作吸收剂，然后直接用氟离子选择电极作指示电极，饱和甘汞电极作参比电极，用改进Gran＇s作图法进行测定，结果满意。用于人发中微量氟的测定，其标准偏差为±0．6mg／g，方法回收率为93％～106％，结果与茜素络合酮比色法基本一致。

| Abstract: | To pretreatment human hair samples by burning oxygen bottles, with a total strength as absorbent, and then use of fluoride ion electrode as directed electrode, and saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode. To determine with improved Gran＇ s Drawing with a satisfactory result. For the trace fluoride of people to the determination of its standard deviation is ± 0.6mg / g and recovery is 93% to 106%, The result is the same basically to alizarin complex method. |
