microRNA-21表达水平与胃癌患者新辅助化疗敏感性的研究

目的:探讨microRNA-21表达水平与胃癌患者新辅助化疗敏感性的关系。方法:选择新疆医科大学第三临床医学院（附属肿瘤医院）消化内科2016年1月到2018年1月就诊胃癌患者90例，按照化疗治疗结果分为敏感组及非敏感组。所有患者按照SOX方案进行化疗，21 d为一个周期，持续治疗4个周期，所有患者均在化疗后1个月进行手术治疗，并在术中获得组织标本。检测患者癌变组织及正常胃部上皮组织中miR-21表达水平，统计不同临床病理特征患者中癌变组织miR-21表达水平，检测化疗前后敏感组及非敏感组患者癌变组织中miR-21表达水平。结果:胃癌患者癌变组织中miR-21水平为4.68±0.49，明显高于正常胃部组织中miR-21水平（3.35±0.37）（P＜0.05）；患者在不同分化程度、T分期、N分期上miR-21表达水平有差异（P＜0.05）；化疗后，两组患者miR-21表达水平均降低（P＜0.05）；化疗前后，敏感组miR-21表达水平均低于非敏感组（P＜0.05）。结论:microRNA-21低表达水平患者采用SOX新辅助化疗效果更好。

Study on the expression of microRNA-21 and the sensitivity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer

Objective:To analyze the correlation between the expression of microRNA-21 and the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in gastric cancer.Methods:Ninety patients with gastric cancer were selected from Third Clinical Medical College of Xinjiang Medical University（Affiliated Cancer Hospital） from January 2016 to January 2018.According to the results of chemotherapy,the patients were divided into sensitive group and non-sensitive group.All patients received chemotherapy according to SOX regimen,21 days as a cycle,4 cycles of continuous treatment.All patients underwent surgery one month after chemotherapy,and tissue samples were obtained during the operation.The expression of microRNA-21 in cancerous tissues and normal gastric epithelial tissues was detected.The expression level of microRNA-21 in cancerous tissues of patients with different clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed.The expression of microRNA-21 in cancer tissues of sensitive group and non-sensitive group was detected before and after chemotherapy.Results:The level of microRNA-21 in cancerous tissues of gastric cancer patients was 4.68 +0.49,which was significantly higher than that in normal gastric tissues (3.35+0.37) (P＜0.05).The expression level of microRNA-21 in patients with different differentiation degree,T stage and N stage was different (P＜0.05).After chemotherapy,the expression of microRNA-21 decreased in both groups (P＜0.05).Before and after chemotherapy,the expression level of microRNA-21 in sensitive group was lower than that in non-sensitive group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:SOX neoadjuvant chemotherapy is more effective in patients with low expression of microRNA-21.
