| 摘 要： | 核内不均一核糖核蛋白（heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein,hnRNP）是一类RNA结合蛋白,与pre-mRNA结合以hnRNP-RNA复合体形式调控mRNA的表达。hnRNPs不仅在维持正常生命活动中起重要作用,而且与各种疾病尤其肿瘤的发生发展也紧密联系。hnRNPs影响肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭转移、凋亡、端粒、能量代谢等方面。本文就hnRNPs与肿瘤间的关系予以综述,旨在为肿瘤的诊断与预后寻找新的肿瘤标志物。

| Abstract: | hnRNPs(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein) are a type of RNA binding proteins that regulate mRNA expression by binding pre-mRNA.hnRNPs not only play an important role in maintaining normal life activities,but also are closely related to the various diseases,especially the tumors.hnRNPs affect tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis,apoptosis,telomere,energy metabolism and other aspects.In this paper,the mechanism how hnRNPs influence the tumors was summarized and searching for new tumor markers for the diagnosis and prognosis of tumors. |
