酪氨酸激酶Syk在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的：通过研究脾酪氨酸激酶（Syk）在胃癌、癌前病变、慢性胃炎及正常胃黏膜中的表达情况，探讨Syk表达与胃癌生成与转移的关系及意义。方法：采取免疫组织化学法对正常胃黏膜及不同病变胃黏膜组织标本中Syk蛋白进行检测。结果：Syk在胃癌组织中表达明显减弱，其阳性率为35．00%，显著低于正常胃黏膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生和不典型增生胃黏膜组织（100％，95％，86．36％，76．19％；P〈0．05）；Syk蛋白表达缺失与胃癌分期、淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05）。结论：Syk蛋自在胃癌中表达缺失．Syk表达缺失与胃癌的生长和转移有关。

Significance of Expression of Spleen Tyorosine Kinase(Syk) in Gastric Carcinoma

Objective:To investigate the expressions of spleen tyorosine kinase(Syk) protein in human gastric carcinoma,precarcinoma changes,chronic inflammation,normal gastric mucosa and to identify the significance of expressions of Syk.Methods:Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expressions of Syk in normal gastric mucosa,various gastric changes tissue specimens.Results:The rate of positive Syk expression in gastric carcinoma reduced significantly(35%) and was lower significantly than that in normal gastric mucosa,chronic superficial gastritis,chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia and atyptical hyperplasia tissues(100%,95%,86.36%,76.19%%;P<0.05 respectively);The depletion of Syk expression was related to tumor stages and lymphnode metastasis (P<0.05).Conclusion:There was the depletion of Syk expression in gastric carcinoma.The expression of Syk may play an important role in suppressing growth and metastasis of gastric cancer.
