2型糖尿病患者外周血管病变相关因素分析

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血管病变的危险因素.方法:应用美国GE公司生产的LOGZQ700超声诊断仪,对2型糖尿病患者129例上肢、下肢、颈部动脉进行检测.记录患者年龄、病程、血压,同时检测空腹血糖、空腹C肽、空腹胰岛素、糖化血红蛋白、血脂、尿酸、凝血功能、24小时尿白蛋白排泄率,并进行眼底、肌电图检查.结果:糖尿病伴血管病变患者的病程长,年龄大,血压、血纤维蛋白原、尿酸、24小时尿白蛋白排泄率显著增高,其糖尿病眼底病变及神经病变发生率高.结论:年龄、病程、高血压、高尿酸、凝血功能异常,尿白蛋白排泄率增高是糖尿病患者血管病变的危险因素,糖尿病眼底病变、神经病变与大血管病变相关.

Investigation on the Related Factors of Peripheral Vessel Disease in Cases with Type 2 Diabetes

Objective: To investigate the relevant risk factors of blood vessel disease in case with type 2 diabetes. Methods:To check the arterial in upper and down extremities and neck of 129 cases of type 2 diabetes with B-us (LOGZQ700) produced by GE company ill USA, record whose ages, period of diseases and blood pressure, check whose blood glucose, C peptide,pancreas without foods, Hb, lipid, urinal acid, coagulable ability, dispelled rate of urinal protein in 24 hours and vessel under eyes and muscular electric view.Results: The occurrence rates of vessel under eyes and nerve harm in cases with diabetes were higher if whose disease periods were longer, ages were elder, and blood pressure; FB, urinal acid and dispelled rate of urinal protein in 24 hours were developed significantly. Conclusion:The ages, period of disease, high blood pressure, high urinal acid, abnormal coagulable ability and high dspelled rate of urinal acid are risk factors of vessel damage in cases with diabetes. The harms of vessel under eyes and nerves in cases with diabetes are related to damage of big vessel.
