太乙神针对43例原发性痛经患者伴随症状即刻效应的临床观察

目的：太乙神针（实按灸）治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效规律研究。方法：将43例原发性痛经患者随机分成灼痛组和温热组，于十七椎穴施太乙神针实按灸；采用COX痛经量表（Cox Menstrual SymptomScale，CMSS），比较在两种不同灸量下缓解原发性痛经伴随症状的即刻效应。结果：①两组均能缓解原发性痛经的主症，小腹痛症状在治疗前后症状积分比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。②两组均能缓解腰背痛、乏力、恶心、食欲不振和面白症状，治疗前后症状积分比较均有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。③两组均对眩晕、易激惹和全身疼痛症状无明显疗效，治疗前后症状积分比较均无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。④抑郁、腿痛症状在温热组有明显缓解，治疗前后症状积分比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），灼痛组反之。结论：太乙神针实按灸的两种不同灸量对于缓解原发性痛经伴随症状有一定疗效，其中温热刺激对抑郁、腿痛症状缓解更佳。

Clinical Observation of Taiyi Moxibustion on the Instant Relief of the Associated Symptoms of 43 Cases of Primary Dysmenorrheal Patients

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of the Taiyi Moxibustion （moxibustion with pressure） in instant re-lief of the associated symptoms of primary dysmenorrheal. Methods ： 43 patients were divided randomly by the Random Number Table into the burning pain group and the warm group. The Taiyi Moxibustion was performed on the EX-8 of the patients. The therapeutic effects were evaluated by Cox Menstrual Symptom Scale （CMSS）. Results： ①As there were significant differences in relieving lower abdominal pain （ P 〈 0.05 ） , both groups were able to relief the primary symptom of primary dysmenorrheal. ②There were significant differences in relieving lumbago, lassitude, nausea, poor appetite and pale complexion （ P 〈 0.05 ） in both groups. ③There were no significant differences in relieving dizziness, irritability and body pain （P 〉 0. 05 ） in both groups. ④Depression and leg pain were significantly relieved in the warm group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , while they were of the contrary in the burning pain group. Conclusion ： Both groups with different quantities of moxibustion have therapeutic effects in instant relief of some associated symptoms of primary dysmenorrheal. Among these, the warm group has better therapeutic effect in relieving depression and leg pain.
