支气管激发试验在慢性咳嗽病因诊断中的作用

慢性咳嗽是呼吸科门诊患者就诊的最常见的原因之一。以咳嗽为惟一症状,但胸部X线片未见明显异常者不易获得正确的诊断。咳嗽不仅影响人们的生活质量,还会因误诊或漏诊造成患者反复就医,增加了患者的医疗费用和心理负担,对社会医药资源也造成了浪费。近几十年的研究表明哮喘是引起咳嗽的主要原因之一。本文结合几种慢性咳嗽病因的特点,分析了支气管激发试验在慢性咳嗽的病因诊断中所起的作用。

The Role of Bronchial Provocation Test for the Etiological Diagnosis of Chronic Cough

The chronic cough is one of most common reasons for outpatients at respiratory department.Those patients with only cough symptom but not any obvious chest roentgenograms abnormality hardly obtain correct diagnosis.Chronic cough can certainly affect quality of life,moreover,they have to see a doctor repeatedly,which is not only a financial and psychological burden for the patients,but also a waste of the social medical expenses.Asthma is a major diagnosis in most studies of cough in decades.In this paper,we summarized several characteristic causes of chronic cough cases and investigated the role of bronchial provocation test for the etiological diagnosis of chronic cough.
