老年股骨粗隆间骨折外固定术

作者从1994年3月～1999年6月利用解放军304医院研制的单侧成角外固定器治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折26例,随访6～18个月,骨愈合时间平均11.8周,无脱针、断针,无髋内翻、再手术、深部感染和死亡等。本外固定具有创伤小、操作简单、手术时间短、固定可靠、允许早期负重、功能恢复快、并发症少,通过调节固定器,使骨折部位内翻剪力转变为压应力,促进骨折愈合等优点。对于治疗老年体弱多病,手术耐受力差的股骨粗隆间骨折患者,具有明显优势。

External Fixation in the Treatment of Senile Intertrochantenc Fractures

Twenty-six cases of senil intertrochanteric fractures were treated by the use of unilateral angled external fixator apparatus designed by the 304th Hospital of PLA between 1994 and 1999. By following-up for 6 - 18 months, the fracture healing period was 11.8 weeks in average. None of the following events was happened,i.e.broken pin,falling off pin,coxa vara,reoperation,deep infection and operative death.The external fixator has following advantages: minor trauma,simple application,short operation time, reliable fixation, early weight bearing quick recovery of function, and only few complications,the sheer force can be turned into compression force by adjusting the fixator to faciliate the fracture healing. Therefore,it ensures the security in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the aged and week,as well as those who have less endurence to surgical operation.
