| Abstract: | The clinical pharmacist in ICU and emergency department assisted doctors to analyze adverse drug reactions from the perspective of pharmacy by collecting adverse drug events, participating in ward rounds and paying attention to clinical outcomes of the critically ill patients. Among the multiply used drugs, the suspicious ones were identified to put forward corresponding treatment measures. This practice ensured the medication safety of clinically ill patients and further improved the level of rational drug use. |
