| Abstract: | In this article,the mechanism of the electrospray process and the nature of the ions produced by electrospray were discussed.The features of the application of electrospray mass spectrometry,including the inference of the charge states of electrosprayed ions,the interpretation of the fragmentation pathways of multiply charged ions ,the analyses of specific noncovalent large biomolecule organic molecule complexes and the implementation of on line coupling techniques of HPLC/ESI MS,CE/ESI MS were described. |
