| 摘 要： | 近年来深部真菌病的发病率呈持续上升趋势,有关抗真菌的治疗药物也在不断深入研究,但同时耐药真菌数量及种类也迅速增长,已成为真菌病治疗中的一大难题。文章分别就常见深部真菌如念珠菌、侵袭性曲霉菌、隐球菌以及马尔尼菲青霉菌感染的治疗及其耐药性的近期研究进展做一综述。 |

| Abstract: | The morbility of invasive fungal infectious is rising, although new drugs have been introduced, the development of resistance to antifungal drugs has become increasingly apparent. It becomes a tough problem in treatment of mycosis. This article summarized the progress about the therapy and drug resistance ot some common invasive fungal infections like eandidosis, invasive aapergillornyeosis, cryptoeoeeosis and marneffi penieilliosis. |
