| 摘 要： | 本研究报告100例头颈正常及肿瘤组织石蜡切片的角质抗体定位。结果表明上呼吸、消化道之被覆上皮、涎腺导管、耵聍腺及中耳上皮、毛囊及汗腺等上皮组织均阳性,而间叶组织则为阴性。鳞癌、基底细胞癌等上皮源性肿瘤均为阳性。再次肯定了角质抗体定位的诊断价值。 |

| Abstract: | Animal experiments and human surgicalpathology studies have shown that immu-nohistochemical localization of keratin maybe useful as a diagnostic parameter. Thisarticle is a study of keratin antibody locali-zation based on 100 cases of head and necknormal tissues as well as tumors by usingparaffin sections taken from the Massa-chusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in theUnited States. The results show the following normaland tumor tissues of the head and neckregion stained positively for antikeratinantibody: Covered epithelium of the upperaerodigestive tract, ducts of salivary glands,ceruminous glands of. the ear canal, middleear mucosa, hair follicles and sweat glands;squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcino-ma and some other epithelial origin tumors.Our results confirm the value of keratinantibody localization in surgical pathology. |
