肠黏膜生物屏障的研究进展

肠黏膜生物屏障及肠道益生菌的功能与临床多种疾病的病因和治疗有着密切的联系,如小儿肥胖、肠道炎症性疾病、过敏性皮肤病、肝硬化、肿瘤等。其功能机制日益受到重视,但目前的研究尚存在一系列的问题。现通过查阅国内外文献,阐述其在相关细菌感染、菌群失调、细菌相关生化产物及肠黏膜组织结构破坏、分泌性IgA等因素影响下,肠道黏膜生物屏障出现的一系列生理和病理变化,及其主要的保护作用与损伤因素。
