| Abstract: | Medical graduates are the elite level talents to improve the medical and health in China. To ensure the training quality of them, how to enhance their ideological and political education has always been an important issue of concern for the educators. Drawing on the experience of working in a medical school, this article discussed the significant effect of mechanism building of medical graduate＇s ideological and political education on their personal development and improvement. |
