| 摘 要： | 目前临床上对于进展期胃癌缺乏有效的治疗手段,其手术根治率低、预后差。2007年MAGIC实验首先提出新辅助化疗能有效提高进展期胃癌患者术后生存率,此后多项临床研究证实新辅助化疗可在术前降低肿瘤分期,提高进展期胃癌根治性切除率和术后生存时间,但对于其实际临床应用目前尚无统一标准。在此对进展期胃癌新辅助化疗的临床应用、疗效等问题作简要综述。

| Abstract: | The current management of unresectable advanced gastric cancer is dissatisfactory with low rate of radical surgery and poor prognosis.Since the MAGIC research showed a clear survival benefit with the administration of preoperative chemotherapy,it has been demonstrated that the advantages of neoadjuvant include tumor downstaging to potentially improve resectability and promising effect on patients′ outcomes.However,there is still no generally accepted guideline to its clinical practice.Herein,the clinical setup and therapeutic effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy are summarized. |
