| 摘 要： | 根据免疫组化染色的特征,将雌激素受体、孕激素受体和人表皮生长因子受体2均阴性的乳腺癌称之为受体三阴乳腺癌(TNBC),TNBC是具有独特生物学及临床特征的乳腺癌亚型,其临床特点为发病年龄早、高侵袭性、恶性程度高、易转移复发、生存率低等。另外,三阴乳腺癌具有特殊的影像学特征。目前针对TNBC的研究正在不断进行中,可能为其治疗提供新的思路。

| Abstract: | Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is a subtype of breast cancer which is clinically negative for expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors(ER/PR)and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 protein.It is characterized by its unique molecular profiles,aggressive behaviors,distinct risk factors,patterns of recurrence and metastasis,inferior prognosis and lack of targeted therapies.In addion,TNBC have special imaging features.Currently the study on TNBC is in continuous progress,which may bring along ... |
