| 氨溴索联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦治疗老年社区获得性肺炎41例疗效观察 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：评价氨溴索联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦治疗老年社区获得性肺炎（CAP）的临床疗效。方法：将82例老年CAP患者随机分为治疗组（41例）和对照组（41例）。治疗组给予氨溴索联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦治疗,对照组仅给予头孢哌酮他唑巴坦治疗,治疗10 d后,观察两组临床症状改善起效时间、疗效及不良反应情况。结果：治疗组有效率为92.68%,显著高于对照组（70.73%）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=12.430,P〈0.05）。治疗组咳嗽、咳痰,发热,肺部啰音等临床症状改善起效时间分别为（6.5±1.2）d,（3.0±1.3）d,（6.9±1.1）d,均较对照组[（8.2±0.4）d,（5.9±1.0）d,（8.5±1.3）d]短,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。两组均未发生药物相关不良反应。结论：氨溴索联合头孢哌酮他唑巴坦治疗老年CAP疗效显著,用药安全,值得临床推广使用。 |
