| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对指定病种的费用分析比较,探讨临床路径对鞘膜积液手术治疗病种费用的作用,为解决＂看病贵＂提供切实可行的科学依据。方法：采用回顾性研究和多元回归分析,对82例鞘膜积液手术治疗患者的年龄、住院天数、检查项目、治疗措施、手术时间、手术方式等方面进行筛选,从而找出临床路径能合理、有效降低患者费用的原因。结果：临床路径组和对照组患者的费用在总费用（4 167.49±1 037.90）、（4 865.26±1 171.53）元]、药品费用（1 234.27±628.03）、（1 684.56±928.24）元]、检查治疗费用（1 295.22±434.43）、（1 524.80±400.10）元]、住院天数（4.88±0.33）、（9.14±1.54）d]方面比较,差异有统计学意义（t=2.57,P〈0.05;t=2.21,P〈0.05;t=2.38,P〈0.05;t=13.65,P〈0.001）。结论：临床路径有效规范了医疗行为,合理缩短了医治疗程,合理配置了医疗资源,切实降低了病种费用,真实提高了患者满意度。
