血小板抗体检测及其配型在临床上的应用

目的观察血小板抗体筛检对多次输注血小板患者的临床意义。方法将96例血小板减少的患者分为输血小板3次以上组(A组)和首次输血小板患者组(B组),比较两组患者的抗体阳性率。输注血小板1 h和24 h分别计算两组患者的血小板数量,纠正校正增值计数,评价血小板输注效果,血小板输注前进行交叉配型。结果 A组患者中,检出抗体阳性者30例。B组患者中,检出抗体阳性者4例,两组血小板抗体阳性情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。配型后血小板输注效果明显提高。结论多次输注血小板的患者血小板相关抗体阳性率明显上升。进行血小板抗体筛检并进行配型具有一定的临床价值。
