| 摘 要： | 左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统作为一种新型激素宫内避孕系统,长期有效释放左炔诺孕酮发挥作用。近年来发现其除了具有长期避孕作用外,对一些妇科疾病具有治疗作用,尤其在子宫腺肌病的治疗中,具有疗效明显、作用时间长及不良反应小等优点。现就近年来左炔诺孕酮的作用机制及在临床上的应用进展进行综述。 |
