| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨四肢黏液性脂肪肉瘤的MR表现及鉴别诊断。方法：回顾性分析12例手术病理证实的四肢黏液性脂肪肉瘤患者的MR表现，并与其它四肢软组织肿瘤表现相鉴别。结果：黏液型脂肪肉瘤多位于四肢深部肌肉间隙内；MR上以T1wI低信号、T2wI高信号为主；脂肪抑制像肿块信号强度无减低，组织学上以黏液成分为主．脂肪含量少，增强后可见明显强化的实性成分和粗大的间隔影，与其它四肢软组织肿瘤可以鉴别。结论：MR可对四肢软组织黏液性脂肪肉瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断提供有价值的信息。
