妇科腹腔镜术后使用帕瑞昔布钠镇痛效果的临床观察

目的：探讨妇科腹腔镜术后使用帕瑞昔布钠对患者镇痛的临床效果和安全性。方法：选择行妇科腹腔镜手术患者60例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各30例。治疗组手术结束时静注帕瑞昔布钠40mg；对照组手术结束时静注0．9％NaCl溶液。记录两组患者术后清醒拔管1、2、6、12、24h后VAS评分及术后24h患者对镇痛效果的满意度，并观察恶心、呕吐等不良反应的发生率。结果：术后1、2、6、12、24h治疗组VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患者的镇痛满意度较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组发生恶心、呕吐2例，对照组发生5例。结论：妇科腹腔镜术后患者静注帕瑞昔布钠，术后镇痛效果确切，不良反应较少，是值得临床推广的镇痛模式。

Clinical observation on analgesia effect of Parecoxib Sodoium after gynecological laparoscopy

Objective： To explore the analgesia effect and safety of Paracoxib Sodium on patients after gynecological laparoscopy. Methods： 60 eases of patients who taken gynecological laparoscopy surgeries were selected and divided into treatment group and control group, each 30 cases. Paracoxib Sodium was intravenously injected 40 mg at the end of surgery in treatment group; 0.9% NaCl solution was intravenously injected at the end of surgery in control group. VAS scores of 1, 2, 6, 12, 24 h after extubated and the satisfaction of patients on analgesia effect were recorded, and the incidence rates of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting were observed. Results： VAS scores of treatment group at 1, 2, 6, 12, 24 h after surgery were lower than those in control group, there were statistical differences （P〈0.05）; satisfaction of analgesia effect in treatment group was higher than that in control group, there was a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. There were 2 cases of nausea and vomiting in treatment group and 5 eases in control group. Conclusion： Intravenously injection of Paracoxib Sodium after gynecological laparoscopy has reliable postoperative analgesia effect and adverse reaction within therapeutic dose is less, it is worthy of clinical application.
