| 关节镜下膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断和治疗 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨膝关节镜下膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的诊断和治疗效果。方法：回顾本院治疗的滑膜软骨瘤病患者28例31个膝关节，分析其临床、影像学、病理表现及关节镜下的治疗效果。结果：随访3～36个月，平均18个月，28例患者31个关节中治愈26例，好转2例。结论：关节镜手术具有创伤小、恢复快、病变滑膜切除彻底等优点，是诊断和治疗膝关节滑膜软骨瘤病的良好方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the diagnosis and therapeutic efficacy of knee joint synovial chondromatosis with arthroscope.Methods: 28 cases of patients(31 knee Joints) with knee joint synovial chondromatosises in our hospital were reviewed,clinical manifestation,image data,pathological material,arthroscopic examination and treatment efficacy were analyzed.Results: All patients were followed up for 3-36 months(an average of 18 months).26 cases were healed,and 2 cases were improved.Conclusion: Arthroscope is a ... |
