过敏性紫癜性肾炎的治疗进展

紫癜性肾炎(HSPN)是指过敏性紫癜(HSP)引起的继发性肾脏病。目前治疗的方法有激素、免疫抑制剂、抗凝剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、血浆置换、幽门螺杆菌治疗等。其中大剂量甲泼尼龙冲击治疗联合应用免疫抑制剂为最常用的方法,常用免疫抑制剂有环磷酰胺、硫唑嘌呤、环孢素等。而霉酚酸酯、来氟米特为新型免疫抑制剂,尚需要大样本研究。福辛普利为血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂,能有效减轻蛋白尿。幽门螺杆菌治疗为新型治疗方法,有可能减少或减轻HSP患儿的肾损害。
