| 摘 要： | 宫颈癌是我国女性生殖系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,在宫颈癌发病率整体下降的同时,宫颈腺癌的发病率却有上升趋势,并且主要见于<35岁的年轻女性。宫颈癌综合治疗后(手术或放疗后)卵巢功能丧失,导致雌激素缺乏,引起潮热、出汗、失眠、泌尿生殖系统萎缩等症状,严重影响了患者的生存质量。激素替代治疗可以有效缓解以上症状,显著提高患者生存质量,但其安全性问题值得关注。

| Abstract: | Cervical cancer is the most common malignant tumor of female reproductive system.Along with the overall incidence declining in cervical cancer,cervical adenocarcinoma rate is rising,and mainly in young women 〈35 years.Because of ovarian function loss caused estrogen lack,symptoms such as hot flash,sweating,insomnia,genitourinary system atrophy appear after comprehensive treatment of cervical cancer,seriously affecting the patient′s quality of life.Hormone substitute therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms,significantly improve the life quality of patients,while its safety problem calls for due attention. |
