| 摘 要： | 消渴病机目前多认为足“阴虚为本，燥热为标”，而忽略了历代医家对其病机尚有不同论述，尤其是因阳虚所致之“阴消”向来不受重视，以致临证中多有误治。本文从古医籍中整理出有关阴消病机的阐释并结合临床病例，以期拓展中医治疗消渴的思路。 |

| Abstract: | It is generally accepted that the main pathogenesis of Xiaoke is yin deficiency as the principal aspect, and dryness-heat as the secondary aspect. But it is often ignored that yang deficiency can also lead to Xiaoke called Yinxiao. This understanding limitation may misguide the treatment. This article explains the pathogenesis of Yinxiao with the classic texts. |
