| 摘 要： | 中药由于所含有效成分及作用机制的双重复杂性,严重地制约了中药的现代化。在中药研究中,可采用以基因芯片技术为基础的基因表达差异比较,将中药与基因表达差异有机地结合起来进行研究。本文综述了基因表达差异比较在中药研究中的应用。

| Abstract: | Traditional Chinese Medicine has double complexity in bioactive ingredient and its mechanism. So it seriously restricts the modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the research of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the mechanism depends on using the DNA chip to set up the gene expression difference comparison, to study on the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and gene expression difference. This article reviews the application of gene expression difference comparison to research of Traditional Chinese Medicine. |
