摘    要:目的 通过总结TOF-MRA(time of flight MRA)常见伪影的表现,分析其形成原因以及研究CE-MRA(contrast enhanced MRA)对其的矫正作用。方法 同时进行头颈部TOF-MRA与CE-MRA检查患者共217例,以手术或DSA结果为金标准,对TOF-MRA出现的各种伪影与CE-MRA图像进行对比分析。结果 在217例患者中,TOF-MRA出现伪影266处,其中狭窄后湍流伪影25处,流动分离67处,流动移位37处,边缘锯齿伪影72处,威氏暗带伪影65处,CE-MRA对TOF-MRA中相对应部位的伪影均进行了矫正。结论 头颈部TOF-MRA中伪影是常见的现象,需要正确认识这些伪影,提高诊断的正确率;TOF-MRA出现的伪影可以通过CE-MRA进行矫正。

Abstract:Objective To summarize the appearances of the artifacts in cranial and cervical TOF-MRA. To analyze the causes and to study the artifact correction of contrast enhanced MRA (CE-MRA). Methods TOF-MRA and CE-MRA examinations were performed in 217 patients simultaneously. Artifacts appeared in TOF-MRA and the corresponding images of CE-MRA were summarized and analyzed. The results were compared with the findings on DSA or in surgery. Results Among the 217 cases, there were 266 artifacts in TOF-MRA . The artifacts included turbulent behind stenosis (25), mobile separations (67), mobile shifts (37), margin zigzag artifacts (72) and dark band (65). CE-MRA corrected all the artifacts appeared in TOF-MRA. Conclusion Artifacts,which are common,could be corrected by CE-MRA.Eavaluating them correctly are needed to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
